The school is no longer sponsoring sports physicals. You are still required to have the PIAA sports physical form signed and returned to the school in order to participate in cross country, so you will have to make an appointment with your family doctor to get your physical and to have the forms filled out. All athletes, both middle school and varsity, MUST have a physical to participate in cross country. If you've lost your forms, or if you never picked them up in the first place, click below for the scanned version of the forms (not perfect, but legible) or check in the High School and Middle School offices to see if there are any left. You can also find a copy of the physical form at the PIAA website : www.piaa.org.
